Terms Of Service

 By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. 

1. General

These Terms govern your use of our Site and any digital products (the “Products”) purchased through it. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of our Products, you agree to comply with these Terms.  We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to purchase from us. •    By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

 3. Products 

All Products offered are digital goods (e.g., courses, e-books, guides, templates, calculators, memberships).  No physical items will be shipped. Access to your purchase is typically provided immediately after payment is processed.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD.  Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept payment methods as shown during checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). You are responsible for any additional fees (such as bank or currency conversion charges).

5. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.  Refunds are not provided except in the following circumstances: If a file is corrupted or cannot be accessed. If the wrong Product was delivered due to a technical error. If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at Jonah@MicrogreensConsulting.com. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include re-sending files or granting replacement access. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.

6. License & Use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or otherwise exploit our Products for commercial purposes without written consent. Unauthorized distribution or resale may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products, content, trademarks, and branding on the Site remain the intellectual property of Microgreens Consulting, Inc. Purchasing a Product does not grant ownership rights — only a limited license for personal use.

8. Accounts & Access 

Some Products may require you to create an account or provide login details (e.g., course access).     You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products. Our Products are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on individual use and circumstances.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.    Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
